Drawmo is operated by ONE MISSION GROUP LTD., 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Drawmo lets adults and parents upload drawings and turn them into AI-generated preview images and short animated videos. Uploads, previews, videos, and account history are private by default.

We collect the information needed to run Drawmo, including your email address, uploaded drawings, generated previews and videos, generation status, credit and payment records, device and usage information, and messages you send to support.

Please avoid adding names, addresses, schools, government identifiers, medical details, or other unnecessary private information to drawings or requests.

We use information to provide the product, save your generations, process credits and purchases, troubleshoot failures, improve safety and reliability, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We may review uploads, generated assets, generation instructions, prompts, and related metadata to enforce our Usage Rules, protect users and providers, prevent abuse, handle payment or refund issues, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

To generate results, we may send uploaded drawings, generated previews, generated videos, scene descriptions, prompts, generation instructions, and generation metadata to AI infrastructure providers that process them for Drawmo. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments or another payment processor we use, which may process billing, tax, checkout, fraud-prevention, and refund information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Drawmo is intended to be operated by adults. Parents or other adults may upload children's drawings, but children should not create accounts, submit information directly, or include private personal details in uploads. Adults are responsible for checking that uploads do not contain names, addresses, schools, faces, or other unnecessary identifying details.

We keep account data and generated assets so you can view, download, and manage your generations. You may request deletion of your account data and generated assets. Some payment, security, support, and legal records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
