What Drawmo does
Drawmo lets adults upload drawings and turn them into generated images and short videos. Uploads and generated outputs are private by default and are used to provide the service, maintain account history, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as email address, uploaded drawings, optional prompts, selected styles, generated previews and videos, payment and credit records, basic device and usage data, and support messages you send us. Do not include names, addresses, schools, medical details, or other private personal information inside prompts or drawings unless you have the right to share it.
Children's drawings
Drawmo is designed for adults and parents to operate. Children should not create accounts or submit information directly. Adults are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload drawings and for avoiding unnecessary personal details.
AI providers and payments
We may send uploaded drawings, prompts, transformed previews, and generation instructions to AI infrastructure providers that process them on our behalf. Payments are handled by Paddle, which processes checkout, tax, billing, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and control
We keep account assets so users can view, download, retry, and manage their generations. You may request deletion of your account data and generated assets by contacting support. Some billing, security, and legal records may be retained where required.
