Refund Policy

Credit packs

Drawmo sells video credit packs. Credits buy access to AI generation attempts and final downloadable results when generation succeeds. Because AI generation uses paid provider resources, credits that have already been used for a completed generation are generally not refundable.

Unused credits

You may request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase if no credits from that purchase have been used. Refunds may also be available where required by law in your location.

Failed generations

If a provider error or Drawmo system failure prevents a final video from being generated, we will restore the used credit or provide another reasonable remedy. We do not usually provide cash refunds for creative dissatisfaction where the generation completed successfully, because AI outputs can vary.

Refused or prohibited content

Generations may be refused, blocked, or modified if the uploaded content or requested result violates our Terms or Usage Rules, including rules about faces, likenesses, copyrighted material, logos, deepfakes, voice impersonation, or unsafe content. Refused prohibited-content attempts may not be eligible for a cash refund, but unused credits or other remedies may be handled under this policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Billing errors and unauthorized charges

If you believe there was a duplicate charge, billing error, unauthorized transaction, or missing credit after payment, contact us as soon as possible. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments or another payment processor we use, so some refund reviews may also involve payment and fraud-prevention checks.

How to request a refund

Email contact@drawmo.app with the email address used for your Drawmo account, the purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the account or transaction.
