Drawmo is operated by ONE MISSION GROUP LTD., 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Drawmo is an AI web app for adults and parents who want to upload a drawing and turn it into AI-generated preview images and short animated videos. By using Drawmo, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, and our Refund Policy, and our Usage Rules.

Drawmo's key deliverables include drawing upload and storage, AI preview generation, selected preview and final video generation, downloadable results, and video credit balance management.

You are responsible for the drawings, uploads, and other content you provide. You must have the rights or permission needed to upload and use that content with Drawmo.

Do not upload private personal details, confidential materials, or content that violates another person's rights, including copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks, branded material, or other protected intellectual property that you are not authorized to use.

AI output can be imperfect, delayed, unavailable, or different from what you expected. You should review generated previews and videos before sharing them. Generations are private by default unless we add an explicit publishing feature in the future.

Drawmo is a family-friendly drawing-to-animation product, not a general-purpose AI content generator. You must not use Drawmo to create or attempt to create human-like faces in realistic, stylized, or animated forms; face swaps; deepfake images or videos; voice impersonations; celebrity, public-person, or private-person likenesses without explicit consent; or automated decision-making or categorization of people.

You must not use Drawmo to create sexual or exploitative content, hateful or abusive content, graphic violence, illegal activity, harassment, deception, copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks, or other content that infringes another person's rights or falls into a prohibited category.

Drawmo is designed to refuse, avoid, or modify prohibited outputs. Uploads, generation instructions, prompts, previews, or videos may be blocked, altered, refused, deleted, credited, or refunded where needed for safety, legal, provider, payment, or compliance reasons.

Video credits are used when final video generation starts. If a provider failure prevents a video from being generated, Drawmo will restore the credit or otherwise handle it under our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments or another payment processor we use, and may be subject to checkout, tax, fraud-review, and payment-processing rules.

Do not use Drawmo for sexual or exploitative content, hateful or abusive content, graphic violence, illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not attempt to bypass safety systems or abuse provider infrastructure. The detailed Usage Rules are part of these Terms.

Drawmo may change model providers, pricing, credit packs, features, or availability as the product develops. We may suspend or terminate access where needed to protect users, Drawmo, providers, payment systems, or legal compliance.

Drawmo is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
